Tone Petal Soft Body Wash Review

Disclaimer: I received a complementary full sized bottle of Tone Body Wash Petal Soft through a BzzAgent Campaign. However, all thoughts and opinions are 100% my own. This post may contain affiliate links and/or referral codes.

Started my first BzzAgent campaign this past week! I’ve been using the new Tone Petal Soft Body Wash in the Pink Peony & Rose Oil scent since they sent it to me (free!) on Valentine’s Day (how romantic of them right?) Now that I’ve had some time to use it I wanted to get a review up on it for your guys!

Well first of all, if you’re anything like me the first thing you do when picking a body wash is put it through the sniff test. I will say for some strange reason the past month or so I’ve been more into floral scents than I normally would be – so I’m just gonna give ya full disclosure on that…. but this stuff has got a really lovely floral scent which is nice, soft, and not overpowering at all. It’s definitely light enough for those that aren’t as into florals, and light enough that it mixes well with other scents. You can smell it on your skin but only when you’re up close an personal. Also, it’s got a pretty natural scent too, not overly sweet or fake and perfume-y smelling.I found it to be very moisturizing on my skin and helped make the dry, chapped elbows I get this time of year soft and smooth again. In fact my skin all over feels really silky! I like the fact this has has rose oil in it, and I think that it blends nicely together with the peony scent. I have fairly sensitive skin and have had no problems whatsoever since I’ve started using this. There are other yummy spa inspired ingredients in the rest of their new line as well – including things like White Clay, Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, and Alpha Hydroxy Fruit Acids.

I’ve been using the product for a handful of days so far, and find the scent has been long lasting and leaves your skin feeling clean while also soft, smooth, and moisturized. It’s an excellent quality product for the price point, which is around the $3.00 range depending on your location and where you shop.

It produces a TON of bubbles and lathers extremely well. For that reason… it works REALLY great as a bubble bath (because of course I tried it!) and it produced a TON of bubbles which lasted well – so you can use it for that too!!! I think the formula might even be moisturizing enough to shave with, so I’ll be trying that next! One last thing worth noting is that the 2nd ingredient in this product is Sodium Laureth Sulfate – so be aware of that  if that’s something you stay away from!

Water, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, PEG-8, Fragrance, Glycerin, Polyquarternium-7, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, PEG-200 Hydrogenated Glyceryl Palmate, Glycol Distearate, Laureth-4, Pentylene Glycol, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Trideceth-9, Nonfat Dry Milk (Sine Adipe Lac), Decylene Glycol, 1, 2-Hexanediol, Rosa Damascena Flower Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E Acetate), Cocamide MEA, Tetrasodium EDTA, Sodium Benzoate, DMDM Hydantoin, Citric Acid, Sodium Chloride, Red 40, Red 33, Yellow 6.
